Inverter Options

There are three main inverter options: string inverters, microinverters, and power optimizer systems (smart string systems).

String inverters :

String inverters are the cheapest and most commonly installed worldwide.

Microinverters :

Microinverters and power optimizer systems allow you to monitor the power production of each panel.

At Delta Solar, we chose to install smart systems and use the best brand names in the industry like SolarEdge, and Enphase.

The optimizer’s smart string system allows your system to continue and produce even if one module failed or had shade affect its performance.

Micro inverters are independent and eliminate the need for the main inverter on the side of the property. They change the DC power from the modules sending AC power down the lines, ready to be consumed.
